He has led digital transformation on projects ranging from small brownfield upgrades to mega offshore platforms, consistently turning fragmented data and siloed processes into unified, high-performing digital ecosystems.

His experience spans opportunity identification, bid and win strategy, and end-to-end delivery — giving him a rare ability to align digital investment with real business outcomes. Jim has digitalized EPC and operations workflows, developed industrial digital twins, and integrated complex, multi-source data environments at enterprise scale.
